Savills brings Cardiff hotel to the market

Savills has been appointed by Jefferson Hotels to market the long leasehold investment of the Park Inn by Radisson in Cardiff’s City Centre, at a guide price of £8 million.
The eight-floor premises, located on Mary Ann Street, offers 146 en-suite bedrooms, six meeting rooms and the 110-seater RBG Bar & Grill, with additional seating outside on the terrace. A £2.5 million upgrade was undertaken in 2007 to refurbish the hotel to its current standard.
The hotel is centrally located alongside the St David’s Shopping Centre and Motorpoint Arena and is 0.5 miles from the Millennium Stadium and Cardiff Castle. Cardiff Central and Queen Street stations are both within 0.5 miles and the hotel has 50 parking spaces.
