Jeffrey H Cooper
Chairman & Executive Managing Director
Mr. Cooper is an Executive Managing Director of Savills US, with over 30 years of experience in real estate investment banking, investment management and capital markets activities. In the past five years, he has been involved in over $3 billion of real estate transactions and has been responsible for spearheading the firm's health care real estate practice. Previously, Mr. Cooper was employed for almost 19 years by Eastdil Realty where he was an Executive Vice President and member of the management committee with responsibility for the firm's $4.5 billion investment management activities in the United States and Europe, as well as Eastdil's financing and investment sale activities. Mr. Cooper was also responsible for overseeing Eastdil's ventures with the Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. of Japan and Bayerische Vereinsbank AG of Germany.
Gerard V Mason
Executive Managing Director
Mr. Mason co-founded Granite Partners LLC, predecessor to Savills US, with John Lyons in 1996. Throughout his career, Mr. Mason has completed in excess of $11 billion in transactions in office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hotel properties. Mr. Mason represents a blue chip client base of institutional, public and private investors, including CALSTRS, CALPERS, Simon Properties, The Rouse Company, First Industrial REIT, Lend Lease/Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs/Archon, Prudential, Pennsylvania REIT and Ohio State Teachers among others. He also has a special expertise in strategic planning for public companies with significant real estate assets.

Mr. Baker is an Executive Managing Director of Savills LLC with over 20 years of experience in real estate investment banking. During Mr. Baker's career he has completed over $12 billion of real estate transactions involving major office, retail, multifamily, industrial, resort/marina and mixed use assets located throughout the United States and Caribbean basin. Mr. Milston is a Managing Director of Savills US, with over 20 years of experience in real estate and investment banking with a primary focus on capital market transactions. He has worked nationally throughout his career on numerous and varied sales and financing transactions including retail, office, residential, hotel and entertainment projects with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion. John A WIlliams

Mr. Williams is a Managing Director of Savills with 25 years of experience in real estate investment banking, acquisitions and debt financing. Mr. Williams has been with Savills since 1998, during which time he has sold over 25 million square feet of retail properties including regional malls, power and community centers, outlet centers and lifestyle centers. Notable transactions include the sale of the Starmount Company Portfolio a $540 million, 3.3 million square foot portfolio of retail and office properties and the sale of Prime Retail, one of the largest owners of outlet centers for $635 million.
Philip B Mahler
Managing Director
Mr. Mahler is a Managing Director at Savills US with over 15 years of real estate investment banking, development, acquisition and disposition experience. Over the last five years, Mr. Mahler has executed or is currently involved in more than $3.5 billion in medical real estate transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet including investment sales, portfolio sales, joint ventures, recapitalizations and development transactions. Prior to joining Savills Granite in 2003, Mr. Mahler was a member of Ernst & Young's Real Estate Capital Markets Group where he focused on asset monetization strategies for owners and investors of commercial office real estate with a deep focus in medical real estate. Additionally, Mr. Mahler advised his clients on individual asset sales, portfolio sales, and sale/leasebacks, as well as equity and debt placements, CMBS loan due diligence transactions and business process improvement projects..
Dan E Gorczycki
Managing Director
Mr. Gorczycki is a Managing Director of Savills US, with 19 years of experience in real estate and investment banking and a primary focus on equity and debt financing. Mr. Gorczycki is a former Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. During his career, he has worked nationally on a wide variety of sales, financing, debt restructuring and equity placement transactions including office, retail, hotel, residential, industrial and mixed use projects. Mr.Gorczycki previously served at Landauer Associates, Julien J. Studley, Inc., and Legg Mason, where he was involved in over $1 billion of transactions..
Tom G Baker
Managing Director
Prior to joining Savills as Managing Director of the Hospitality Group, Mr. Baker teamed with industry veterans Marc Magazine and Dave Durbin to establish Humboldt Hospitality Advisors, LLC, a full-spectrum hospitality services firm based in McLean, VA. Previously Mr. Baker was Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer for the Barceló Crestline Corporation, Mr. Baker directed the business development effort of Barceló Crestline and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, including acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of 160 owned and leased hotel properties. A member of the launch team of Playa Hotels & Resorts, a $1.2B investment fund including Farallon Capital Management, ADIA, Brahmin Capital, Merrill Lynch and Marathon Asset Management, Mr. Baker served as EVP & Chief Investment Officer of both entities while focusing on asset management and recruiting permanent staff for Playa.
David L Durbin

Prior to joining Savills as Managing Director of the Hospitality Group, Mr. Durbin teamed with industry veterans Marc Magazine and Dave Durbin to establish Humboldt Hospitality Advisors, LLC, a full-spectrum hospitality services firm based in McLean, VA. Before forming Humboldt Mr. Durbin was President and CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a subsidiary of Barceló Crestline Corporation , and a third generation hotelier. CHR was established in March 2000 upon acquiring two privately held, highly respected management companies—Atlanta based Stormont Trice Management Corporation and Virginia-headquartered Durbin Companies, Inc. The acquisition proved to be a success, becoming one of the largest independent hotel management companies in the United States. The company successfully integrated two additional management companies and managed 67 hotels, resorts and conference centers with over 14,000 rooms and 5,000 associates in 14 states and the District of Columbia. CHR also managed high-end properties such as Marriott, Hilton, Renaissance, Sheraton, Westin, Crowne Plaza and Wyndham. Prior to joining Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Durbin was President and Co-Founder of Durbin Companies, Inc., a privately held hotel management and development company based out of McLean, Virginia. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of hotels with sales in excess of $120 million with over 1200 associates. Under his direction, Durbin Companies’ properties received numerous hotel franchise awards including Marriott’s Partnership Circle Award and Bass Hotels’ Torchbearer Award. Mr. Durbin co-founded Durbin Companies after working with Marriott Hotels & Resorts as General Manager of Marriott’s Essex House in New York City.
Marc A Magazine

Before joining Savills as Managing Director of the Hospitality Group, Mr. Magazine was a Principal of Humboldt Hospitality Advisors, LLC. A full service Hospitality company that he co- founded with Dave Durbin and Tom Baker, both formerly with Crestline Hotels and Resorts. Before forming Humboldt, Mr. Magazine was Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis and led its Hotel Partners division in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. In this capacity, Mr. Magazine provided hospitality real estate advisory services to owners, developers, lenders, hotel chains, operators and governments . He assisted clients in economic and market-based consulting, financing, investment analysis, venture structuring, management selection, contract negotiation, and strategic planning. In recent years, Mr. Magazine has closed over $4 billion in hotel transactions.
