Savills sold the 1.0 million square foot, former Ford Motor Company assembly plant in East Dallas to a private investor from Philadelphia.
The plant had been converted to multi-tenant industrial use, with manufacturing, storage and metal fabrication tenancies.
The property has 12 separate buildings on approximately 60 acres. Part of the site can be redeveloped for additional industrial or alternate uses.
