HCP/GE National Medical Office Portfolio Joint Venture 55-Property Portfolio

Savills represented GE Finance Company in the unwinding of a 55-building medical office joint venture with HCP. The portfolio was comprised of 4.0 million square feet of medical office and ambulatory facilities that were approximately 88% leased and located in eight states nationwide. All but four of the properties were located on campus and affiliated with HCA hospitals. HCA is the largest investor-owned health system in the United States.
