Canyon Pointe is a 152,000 square foot Class A retail power center in the growing Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin.

The Rouse Company was the seller of the property, which is anchored by Best Buy and Borders Books.

In response to Rouse's desire for transaction speed, Savills conducted a streamlined marketing process which lasted only six weeks.

The property was purchased by Kimco Realty for $23 million.
