Savills LLC (“Savills”) has been retained by 300 Murray Street LLC (the “Owner”) as its exclusive advisor with respect to the sale of the Garage Condominium Unit at Riverhouse One Rockefeller Park located at Two River Terrace, New York, New York (the “Property” or “Garage”).

Savills LLC ("Savills") is the exclusive financial advisor to Nomad Mezz Lending LLC ("Nomad") for the UCC foreclosure sale of the equity collateral securing Nomad's Mezzanine Loan (the "Mezz Loan") secured by 100% of the equity interest in Madison Hotel LLC, the entity that owns fee title to the MAve Hotel. The 72-room MAve Hotel is a boutique hotel that offers its guests sophisticated amenities and an irreplaceable location in the heart of the Flatiron District.
